Prairie Paws Project began with six remarkable little dogs and one enduring belief: every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved.

As an educator, I've watched children carry burdens that adults often cannot see. Some are learning to trust again. Some face illness. Some are grieving. Some simply need to know they belong.

Stories can reach children in ways that lectures never will.

Each Prairie Paw represents a different strength, personality, or way of experiencing the world. Together, they remind children there is more than one way to be brave, kind, curious, or strong.

Our books are donated free of charge because hope should never have a price tag.
